I have always enjoyed food! I’m very flexible and like to try almost anything. But my passion is in making desserts. There’s a thrill of making a dessert that everyone enjoys. Appealing to the eye and the taste buds. Watching someone taste something and go back for a second because it is so good is rewarding. Yes, we need to do desserts in moderation, but I do like to include it when ever I can. I’ve never had formal training in the arts of pastry, but I have been in the food industry all my life in one way or another.
This blog is dedicated to Desserts! I will be featuring the best of the best of the recipes that I make. Recipes are about sharing. Nothing is more pleasing than sitting down with friends and family and sharing a meal. It brings the family together and many rewarding memories start in the kitchen.
